FCC Environmental - History
In 2007 FCC Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas, S.A. purchased Hydrocarbon Services from Siemens Water Technologies Corp. and formed FCC Environmental. Prior to that Hydrocarbon Services was owned by US Filter which was bought by Siemens in 1997. US Filter had made a rapid succession of acquisitions related to the Hydrocarbon Services business. PORI International and Mobley Environmental Services in February and May, 1997, respectively, and Eastern Oil and Alpha Omega Environmental Services, later in the fall of 1997. Once a stable business platform had been developed, Siemens continued both organic growth and growth through acquisition of such companies as Procycle, International Petroleum, and Magnum. Today FCC Environmental, LLC is dedicated to the same high level of service you have come to know and respect.
