Used Oil Filter Collection and Recovery
FCC Environmental provides used oil filter collection.
Every year FCC Environmental collects and recycles tens of millions of used oil filters. The oil filters are generated from all types of vehicles, equipment and machinery. Our service provides collection and pickup via drums, dumpsters and roll-off containers at a service frequency determined by the customer.
Recycling of used oil filters is mandatory by law in some states, however, is non-regulated. The steel recovered from the oil filters is recycled in a variety of steel processes, ultimately, becoming part of the manufacturing process of new steel products. The used oil is recovered and processed by FCC Environmental into on-specification recycled fuel oil.
